AEON UnionPay Gift Card

The Gift Card can be activated by:

• Calling AEON Gift Card Hotline at 2239 9090 and then inputting 16 digits gift card number with the PIN or
• Visiting AEON website at www.aeon.com.hk and then inputting 16 digits gift card number with the PIN
  You are highly recommended to change the PIN for your protection.

The card user should sign with a non- erasable pen once he/ she receives the Gift Card.

Yes. The Gift Card can be used for any purchase with merchants displaying the China UnionPay ("CUP") logo or accepting CUP for payment.

An overseas transaction fee of 1% will be charged by AEON in addition to any transaction levy from time to time announced by CUP and deducted from the Gift Card account.

• Visiting website at www.aeon.com.hk or calling AEON Gift Card Hotline at 2239 9090 for enquiry. (Free of Charge)
• Using any ATMs with CUP logo where HK$5 handling fee will be charged for each enquiry and deducted from the Gift Card account. You may not be able to make balance enquiry at ATM if the available balance of your Gift Card is less than HK$30.

No replacement card or refund of the balance of the Gift Card will be entertained in the event of loss or theft or in the event of the Gift Card being captured by an ATM.

Card user can call AEON Gift Card Hotline at 2239 9090 or visit website at www.aeon.com.hk to change the PIN

The cardholder or card user can bring along the gift card with his/ her proof of identification to any AEON Branch and request for replacement of card. A card replacement fee of HK$50 will be charged. But it is not applicable to expired Gift Card.

Replacement card will be issued free-of-charge in case of malfunction of the Gift Card due to no fault on your part provided that the defective Gift Card is returned to AEON for cancellation before its expiry date.

Yes. A card replacement fee of HK$50 will be charged. Damaged card must be valid and returned to any AEON Branch.

AEON Shanghai Travel UnionPay Gift Card

Card issue fee is HK$30.

Around 100 core merchants provide privilege offers for spending on packages of scenic spots, F&B, traveling (air, travel agencies), hotel services, shopping spots and entertainment merchants.
And around 1,000 Shanghai merchants < 2,000 outlets > provide year-round offer with discounts, souvenirs, discount coupons, buy 1 get 1 free, etc.

You may reload funds to the Gift Card account by making payment at any of AEON branches by cash or AEON credit card.

A reload fee of HK$10 will be charged for each loading/ reloading and will be deducted from the Gift Card account.

The minimum and maximum value that can be loaded into the Gift Card account is HK$500 and HK$5,000 respectively.

You must immediately notify us by calling AEON Hotline 2239-9090 so we can block the Gift Card account to prevent further use. You may be required to confirm details of the loss, theft or misuse to us in writing. If our records show that there is available balance in the Gift Card account, we will cancel the Gift Card and issue a replacement card upon request. Prior to the issue of a replacement card, you may be asked to produce proof of identification. A card replacement fee of HK$50 will be charged, which can be paid by cash or AEON credit card.

A non-refundable annual fee of HK$30 will be payable upon purchase of the Prepaid Card, which can be paid by cash or AEON credit card for the first year and to be charged annually.
