1. What is "AEON Online Shopping Service"?
"AEON Online Shopping Service" provides an online shopping platform for AEON Cardholder*. Cardholder can enjoy member discount for various products and interest- free card instalment services for selected products.
Please register as AEON Netmember at www.aeon.com.hk to enjoy the privileges now!
*temporary credit card, Chiu Choi card and AEON UnionPay Gift card are not applicable.
2. Could I enjoy AEON Online Shopping Service if I don't have AEON credit card?
You are welcome to browse AEON Online Shopping Service.
But this service is established specially for AEON Cardholder who has successfully registered as AEON Netmember. If you do not have AEON credit card or have not register as AEON Netmember, please apply at www.aeon.com.hk now!
3. Will I earn AEON bonus point if I have purchased the product in AEON Shopping Services?
AEON Cardholder can earn AEON bonus points for transactions effected through the AEON Online Shopping Service.
4. What is the "AEON Netmember Service"?
"AEON Netmember Service" is an internet Services provided by AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd.
Once you register as an AEON Netmember, you can enjoy a wide variety of services from reviewing e-statement, making payment to over 400 organizations including government departments, public utilities or insurance companies via AEON Online Bill Payment service and using bonus point to redeem for gift or cash coupon. Moreover it is free of charge. Details please refer to AEON Netmember service introduction.

5. How can I register AEON Netmember?
As you are an AEON customer, you are eligible for this online service.
Firstly you have to connect to the "AEON Netmember Service" and click into the link "Register". Then, you have to follow the onscreen instructions to provide personal details to complete the registration process. Having completed the registration process, you will receive from us an Authentication Code mailed to your mailing address after 3 working days for service activation. Normally, the confirmation letter will reach you in 5 workings days. If you do not receive the letter after 5 working days, please call our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline at 2895-6262 to enquire. 6. What should I do if I forget my username or password?
If you forget your username or password, please connect to "AEON Netmember Service" and click into the link "forget Username or Password". Then, you have to provide your personal details for verification. If the provided information matches with those on our record, we will send you an Authentication Code to re-activate the service.
7. How can I use "AEON Online Shopping Service"?

9. Can I change or cancel the order?
If you want to change or cancel the order, please call our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline at 2895-6262 for enquiry.
10. How many pieces can I order for each product?
Maximum 99 pieces for each product can be ordered.
11. How can I receive the products?
We'll deliver the products to your requested address in Hong Kong. (Delivery service does not include the Lantau Island, Tung Chung and area of Outerline Island)
We will contact with customer for delivery arrangement within 3 to 6 business days after the e-mail notification of order.
12. Can I deliver to overseas (include Mainland China and Macau)?
Sorry, we do not provide the oversea delivery services.
13. How do I change my delivery address after confirmation of order?
The acceptance of change of the delivery address must be on or 2 business days before of the designated delivery date. You may call our AEON 24 hours hotlines 3402-3238 for further arrangement.
14. Is it possible to have 2 or above deliver address for one order?
Sorry! We can only accept one delivery address per order. You could order the same product again and then input another delivery address.
15. How can I set up the delivery address?
You can input your delivery address once checked out the shopping cart. Alternately you can add/ edit your delivery address record in delivery address of navigation menu after login to AEON Online Shopping Service.
16. Is there any delivery fee?
Delivery is free for charge. (Delivery services does not include the Lantau Island, Tung Chung and area of Outerline Island)
17. If you found the product damage during the delivery, how could I do?
If you found the product damage, you may inform us within 7 days from you received the product. We will arrange a replacement to your resident address as soon as possible. You may call our AEON 24 hours hotlines 3402-3238 for further arrangement.
18. Can all the AEON credit cards be use for the payment in the "AEON Online Shopping Service"?
It is not applicable to AEON temporary credit card, CHIU CHOI card and AEON UnionPay Gift card.
19. Does "AEON Online Shopping Service" accept other bank's credit card?
AEON Online Shopping Service only accepts AEON credit card.
20.What is the cut-off time for the "AEON Online Shopping Service"?
The cut-off time is 6:00 am. Any order instruction received after 6:00am (Mon-Fri) or on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be executed on the next business day.
