Important Note

Do not logon to AEON Netmember Service through computers installed at public places (such as cyber cafe, internet bar, libraries).

Do not use links embedded in emails or supplied by search engine to access AEON Netmember Service. 

For access safety purpose, please type "www.aeon.com.hk" in the web address box of any web browser to access the AEON Netmember Service. 

Do not use any easily guessed number or word such as your birthday, name, Hong Kong Identity Card number, telephone number. Also you should avoid to use the same which have been used on other website. 

Do not disclose your AEON Netmember username and password to any third party (including AEON's staff and police). 

Do not write down or record the password without disguising it. 

Change your password, at least once for every 90 days on a regular basis. 

Close other browser window before assessing AEON Netmember Service. 

When you logon to the AEON Netmember Service, please make sure that no one is beside peeking at your computer to prevent leakage of your username and password. 

Do not leave your computer unattended before logging off the AEON Netmember service. Every time you finish using the AEON Netmember Service, you must click the "Logoff" button to exit the system. 

If you suspect the account has been fraudulently used, inform us immediately.
