AEON Cash Instalment Plan ("Cash Instalment") Terms & Conditions
- Cash Instalment amount is regarded as credit card cash advance amount.
- The monthly handling charge is 2%. The calculation of monthly handling charge is based on the selected tenor and total amount. Monthly handling charge will be debited from the credit card account starting from the first month until last month during the repayment period.
- Minimum amount for using Cash Instalment is HK$3,000 and set HK$1,000 as an unit.
- The early settlement fee of Cash Instalment is 4% of the original Cash Instalment amount.
- For early settlement, cardmember has to visit an AEON branch personally (except Central branch) and settle the outstanding balance and early settlement fee by cash or cheque.
- The Cash Instalment amount and handling charge will be debited from the designated card account as cash advance and credit purchase transactions respectively according to the terms of 6, 12, 24, 36 or 48 months chosen.
- If cardmember cannot make full payment for the monthly Cash Instalment payment and monthly handling charge, cardmember shall pay finance charge on the monthly unsettled due amount.
- Cardmember should maintain the designated card account in good standing; in the event of payment default, AEON reserves the right to terminate the monthly instalment payment arrangement and demand immediate payment of all sums payable.
- The Cash Instalment amount is not applicable to the AEON bonus point program.
- Once Cash Instalment is approved, no change or cancellation is allowed.
- The Cash Instalment cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- In the event of dispute, the decision of AEON shall be final.
